Nevada Injury Connect is an independent marketing and intake platform. It is not a law firm, government agency, insurer, medical provider or compensation program. The platform receives voluntary consumer inquiries and may offer separately authorized forwarding to a named Nevada law firm.

Submitting information, receiving a response or authorizing forwarding does not establish an attorney-client relationship with us or a law firm. A firm must separately agree to represent you.

Administrative screening is not a legal-merit determination. An attorney independently determines whether to review or accept a matter and what advice to provide. We make no promise of acceptance, compensation, settlement, results or response time. Do not delay seeking legal advice because you used this service.
Initial collection and separate authorization
The first intake is stored with Nevada Injury Connect and our service provider Wix. A copy is emailed to the operator-controlled Gmail inbox for our independent manual review. That email is not a referral to The Walsh Firm, Ltd. If we offer forwarding, we name the destination and obtain a separate authorization. You may decline. The initial proposed recipient is The Walsh Firm, Ltd.; the platform is not a comparison marketplace or a guarantee that a particular firm is suitable for you.
Your submissions
Submit accurate information you are entitled to share. Use the initial form only for a brief overview. Do not include SSNs, medical records, insurance cards, bank information, privileged documents or other people’s sensitive information. We do not promise attorney-client privilege for information submitted to this independent platform. Do not use the site to harass others or submit unlawful content.
Contact and communications
We may use the contact information you provide to administer your requested intake and privacy requests. The named law firm may contact you after separate forwarding authorization. This is not consent to unrelated marketing, automated promotional calls, prerecorded messages or bulk text campaigns. Such features are not enabled.
Privacy and availability
The Privacy / Health-Data Policy describes data use and your choices. The service may be interrupted or unavailable. This site is not monitored as an emergency channel. Contact emergency services for an emergency and an attorney directly for legal deadlines.
Questions and updates
Use our Contact / Privacy Request page for administrative questions. We may update these terms prospectively, with additional notice or consent where applicable. Nothing in these terms waives rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
