NEVADA INJURYCONNECT
Privacy · Consumer health data

Your information.
Your choices.

Effective date: November 8, 2026.

Who operates this platform

Nevada Injury Connect is an independent intake and marketing platform, not a law firm. Contact us through the Contact / Privacy Request page.

What we collect and where it comes from

We collect information you voluntarily enter: name, telephone, email, incident city or county in Nevada, incident date and type, injury status, treatment status, whether you are represented, and a brief description. Injury and treatment information, and information that can identify someone seeking injury-related services, may be consumer health data.

We also record your collection consent, any separate forwarding authorization, exact consent language and version, timestamps, administrative screening status, destination and forwarding records. We record a generic traffic source where available. Our hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We do not seek precise location, medical documents, insurance cards, SSNs or financial account information.

Why we collect it

We use this information to administer your requested intake, perform an administrative screen, communicate about your submission, offer a separate named-firm authorization where appropriate, respond to privacy requests, prevent abuse and maintain consent records. We do not diagnose, provide legal advice, assess case value, or decide whether an attorney should represent you.

Collection and sharing are separate choices

We request affirmative consent before initial collection of injury-related information. This does not authorize law-firm forwarding. If your intake passes our administrative screen, we request separate affirmative authorization naming The Walsh Firm, Ltd. before transmission. The categories shared are your contact information, incident location, date and type, injury and treatment status, representation status, and brief description, for review and possible contact about representation.

Recipients and service providers

Wix provides hosting, database and transactional-email services. A copy of every completed intake is sent to an operator-controlled Gmail inbox for Nevada Injury Connect’s independent manual review; Google/Gmail processes and stores that email copy. This administrative email is not a referral to The Walsh Firm or another law firm. Authorized administrators can access submissions to operate the service. The Walsh Firm, Ltd. is the initial proposed law-firm recipient, only following your separate authorization. Once the firm receives the information, its own privacy practices and applicable duties govern its processing. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security as permitted by law. We do not sell your personal or consumer health data or share it with advertising platforms for targeting.

Your Nevada privacy and health-data choices

Where applicable, you may request confirmation of collection, sharing or sale; a list of third parties that received your health data and their contact information; access to information covered by law; deletion; correction; withdrawal of collection or sharing consent; and appeal of a denied consumer health-data request. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Use the Contact / Privacy Request form. We verify your identity proportionately before disclosing or deleting records and may ask for additional nonmedical information. We aim to respond to covered consumer health-data requests within 45 days. If reasonably necessary and legally permitted, we may extend by another 45 days and notify you of the reason within the initial period. Appeals can be submitted through the same form. We respond to covered appeals within the period required by Nevada law and explain further complaint options when required.

Consent withdrawal applies to future collection or sharing, subject to applicable law. It cannot reverse a completed disclosure. For deletion, we instruct relevant processors and recipients as required by law, subject to lawful exceptions and backup-handling rules. Nevada’s applicable sale opt-out rights can also be exercised through the same channel, although we do not sell the data.

Retention and deletion

Our retention standard is to review unforwarded intake information for deletion within 90 days after closure, unless a shorter legally required period or a valid request applies. Keep consent and transmission records only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and lawful obligations. Records subject to a legal hold are restricted until the hold ends. Retention and deletion reviews cover both Wix records and operator-review email copies. Deletion is handled through a manual review process; it is not automatic.

Security

We use HTTPS, administrator-only database permissions, limited access and server-side validation. We do not put injury details into ad pixels, analytics events or URL parameters. No system guarantees perfect security. Access to intake information is restricted to the operator and specifically authorized administrators. Account-level security settings are managed by the operator.

Cookies and analytics

Essential, secure cookies link your intake to your private authorization session and limit immediate repeat submissions. We also use short-lived first-party cookies and private, generic event records to measure PageView, FormStart, FormSubmit and ForwardingAuthorized. Browser activity measurement honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Event records contain only the event name, time, generic platform, opaque campaign identifier and generic entry code. They contain no contact details, incident answers, full URLs, IP addresses or advertising click identifiers. Our hosting provider may still process ordinary connection logs as described above. Counts are approximate, not a cross-site visitor profile. Generic traffic-source and campaign identifiers may be attached to a submitted intake for internal reporting. There are no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. We review generic event records for deletion after 90 days.

Adults and changes

This service is intended for adults submitting their own information. Do not submit a child’s health details through the initial form. We update this policy when our practices change and obtain new consent when required before materially different collection or sharing.
